In preparation for the Edinburgh Workshops, we took all the rough sketching of ideas, gathered all the insights and conversations and constructed a film for new participants to catch up. We brought the story boards to life which you can find here;
We brought new storyboard templates which we merged with a blueprint formula to really get participants thinking about how people would become aware of the service, how they would join and access, where, when and how they would use it, and how they would leave it?
To encourage a service thinking mindset, we created a quick exercise asking participants to servicize an object and blueprint how they would use that service
