ALISS is about improving Access to Local Information to Support Self Management. It is an ongoing project that has used a co-creative process to put people who self manage long term conditions, and the people who provide services to this group at the heart of developing ideas and new service concepts. The goal is to create an engine which will help to link up resources both in the online and offline worlds, providing improved access to support and information.
