People helping people was looking at the issue of isolation and loneliness. The team came up with an idea to connect people so they could share their knowledge and experience. They were all about collecting raw information about support groups and people’s experiences and then feeding it into the engine. It came from the theme of connecting people, and sat in the middle of the engine, helping to generate money for the system.
